Your mission

  • Support and manage assigned procurement categories and material groups
  • Analyze procurement data in SAP and ensure data quality
  • Develop, maintain, and improve procurement KPIs and dashboards
  • Perform spend analysis and identify savings opportunities
  • Monitor supplier and procurement risks and support mitigation actions
  • Prepare procurement reports and management presentations
  • Support procurement controlling, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Provide data-driven insights to support procurement decisions

Your profile

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement Controlling
  • Strong SAP knowledge and experience with procurement-related data analysis
  • Experience with KPI development, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
